Step 1 – Assessment of your driving strengths and how you want to FEEL.
Step 2 – Raise your self-awareness and identify your vision.
Step 3 – Co-Design an action plan together with specific strategies.
Step 4 – Implement: Practice your action steps with support from your coach.
Step 5 – Transition: What’s next? What will it take for you to carry on and continue to evolve
