Give yourself a mental break. For one day, pay attention to everything that’s right. Forget about all that seems wrong, tiresome, overwhelming and negative.

One day too much?  Try one hour.

How?  Take a walk, play a game, listen to music, write a letter, read a book, talk to a friend, help someone.  Be a giver.

Then, notice.  How did taking that break from your concerns change your spirit?
