Last week I wrote about a personal challenge. I wanted to win a race. My exercise routine from time to time becomes dull. Occasionally I need a something different to get excited about exercising again. Even though trying to win the race was a minor challenge and I came up a bit short, the personal satisfaction and joy was well worth the effort. I worked harder, felt better and it energized me.
What areas of your life are stagnant? Where could you use a little change or challenge to liven things up?
Choose one area and examine it. On a scale of 1 to 10, how happy are you with it? What would it take to ratchet it up a notch? How would that impact other areas of your life if you were to take that on? Is it worth the effort to amp that up? What would that require? What are your options?

What are the obstacles? How can you lower the barriers a couple of notches to make them less daunting?
Are you ready to implement the plan? What? When? How? Where?
If you accomplished that, what would that get you? How would that feel?
