How do you know when you are off track?  I asked this question to one of my most productive clients. His answer, “when I stop getting things done and feel uninspired to continue”.  “Feel uninspired”, that is key.

We all hit blocks from time to time.  It’s part of life.  So, how do we reset and reboot? September is a good month to begin anew.  Kids are back in school, vacations tend to be over and the rhythms of life shift, slow down.  Ask yourself these questions:

Where have you been successful?

What do you want?

What will it require to get that?

What do you need to let go of?

What inspires you?

How do you want to feel?

Get clear on your vision.  Wallow in it.  Address the obstacles.  Make a plan.

How To Think Like Leonardo Da Vinci by Michael J. Gelp is one of my favorite books to inspire change, goal setting and creativity.  It addresses whole life living.  There is an excellent lesson on Mind Mapping that is another way to link ideas and make a plan of action.

    How do I get inspired? “I want what you have” I see someone else achieved a goal 1st time marathoners and i see the look on their face, here there story, watch as they walk the journey And i think “I want that”
